the staff were helpful. i found the location really convenient. there were many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. i was able to easily walk to many attractions.

The soundproofing in the room was not the best. I could hear noise from the hallway sometimes.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

Check-in was fast. I paid the local charges right away. I found a type C charging port in the room, super useful. The hotel staff were helpful and polite. I even left my luggage when I visited Shenzhen overnight. Room 0803 was perfect!

I noticed no water bottles in the room. They have a water dispenser and a mug instead. I had to go out to fill up water or purchase some at the nearby 7-Eleven.

The Superior Double or Twin Room featured good water pressure. I loved the clean space, ideal for my stay. The room was of a good size, and the decor was interesting. The bed was really comfy! I really appreciated it.

Breakfast included a varied and tasty buffet with many choices. I also saw that they had gluten-free bread, great! I was impressed by the hotel's central location. Everything was in walking distance, and I could easily get to the MTR.

The location proved ideal because it was within 10 minutes walking distance to the MTR. I walked to a recommended breakfast place called Lok Tin cafe. A supermarket was only 3 minutes away, and there was a superb cha chaan teng just 50 metres down the road.
